Integrated Iron-making Plant of Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd., India

Annual production: Approx. 1 million ton hot metal.
Main facilities: 1×1008m³ blast furnace, 1×105m2 sinter plant and a 0.45mtpa horizontal
heat recovery coke oven plant.
It was the first integrated iron-making plant supplied and built by a Chinese company in India.
It has been running in good condition since its successful commissioning in 2007.

Non-recovery Coke Oven Plant of Tata Steel, India

Annual production: 1.6 million ton coke.
It was the first Turnkey Project ever undertaken by a Chinese company for Tata Group,
as also the largest such metallurgical project undertaken overseas by a Chinese company.
Total value of the Contract exceeded USD 300 million.

Minimill of SARMAD Steel Plant, Iran

With DRI as raw feed, the plant produces 0.6mtpa billet steel, 0.45mtpa ø8-ø32mm
rebar and 0.15 mtpa wire rod.
Main facilities: 1×115t EAF(90t+25t), 1×90t LF, 1 set of 150×150mm billet CCM, 1 set
of 90 tph walking beam type reheating furnace and 1set of 0.45 mtpa full continuous
bar mill made up of 18 housing-less stands.
