The ladle sliding gate destined for the overseas markets of MEPC can be made by the international standard or the Chinese national standard .Same time they can also be produced under even tighter and special conditions of  the customer requires. Currently, the service life of ladle slide gate produced by MEPC can reach up to 8 heats, which can substantially reduces labor intensity and save turnover duration  of the ladle.

The slide gate of the ladle together with inside refractories is for controlling  steel flow; meanwhile, it influences the liquid steel quality . Therefore, it should be used with other functional refractories to achieve heat insulation, and improve cleanness of the liquid steel and the quality of billet, slab and bloom and so on.
